Domain Name registration

This is an annual fee to register your "web name". For instance, the domain name of this web site is "modynet.com". Once you decide on a name I will register that name listing you as the owner of the name. Fees can be paid in annual costs of $35.00 or the costs are less if paid in longer durations.

Web Page Design

On most web sites I charge a flat fee to make your site. Normally, the home page is $75 and any additional pages are $50 each.

It is helpful to have any logos, color schemes, photos and text content thought out in advance but often I just wing it to give clients a chance to tweak my designs. Once the site is considered complete then you will be billed.

Most text change updates are done free as part of my hosting package (see below) Additional graphics, photos and pages added to the site after initial completion will be billable accordingly.

Web Site Hosting

Once your web site is created it needs to be uploaded to a server so the world can access it. If you select me as your "host" I will lease you space on a server for $144.00 per year billed annually and uplaod your site to the internet. There are an endless number of hosting companies so it is not mandatory to host with me. However, if you do then any minor text based changes you wish to make to your site will be done at no cost.

Notes About My Services

I generally design sites for small businesses like myself that require anywhere from one to a dozen pages. If you require on-line shopping carts, audio & video capabilities, data management or an extreme number of graphics then my services would not meet your needs.
